(FEATURE) Dining hall likes system

(Tentative, need someone to look into it more)
Would like to add a like system where users can like dining hall items, but one of the problems is how we handle associating likes to users so that they cannot like something multiple times (where do we store this data, prefer to anonymize as much as possible)

we can add an upvote/ downvote system like Reddit to each food items. Only student who are logged in can vote. We can also store the votes to make a leaderboard, so at the end of the week, we can see which foods have the most upvotes, downvotes.
