Can an async MySQL driver be supported please? #1338

Feature Description
I am using the Google ADK with MySQL CloudSQL and the connector. The latest version of the Google ADK (1.19.0) moved to a 100% async database implementation which means I cannot use the connector with the ADK because pymysql is no longer supported. Can an async MySQL driver be supported please?
Alternatives Considered
Only options are to not upgrade the Google ADK or not use the connector. Given the speed of ADK development, not upgrading isnt viable.
