PUE in configuration file #167
Description
Playing around with the footprint options ahead of a talk and walkthrough tomorrow and I notice that PUE needs to go in the cats_config file but (as far as I can see) isn't specified anywhere. I guess it's power usage efficiency and see that it has to go at the root of the config file alongside the profiles. I also see we need to provide a "memory" argument (which is an integer GB) and the output comes with no units (and no formatting so we dump lots of decimal places). Anyway, this is just to try and remind me to look and do some minor cleanup of the code and documentation around this (when I get time)!
