Objective

Create a complete Settings area that centralizes wallet preferences, security controls, notifications, limits, and app configuration.

Scope

• Settings navigation + sections (Wallet, Security, Notifications, Limits)
• Persist preferences in DB
• Add clear toggles and descriptions for each setting
• Provide a single place to manage account/session actions

Outcome

Users have an app-like place to configure BaseSplit behavior and security without hunting through the UI.
