"Enable Mouse Control" Issue

When I opened the "Enable Mouse Control" options, everything seems fine until I pull out a shield, where I cannot aim with the shield via mouse. The Camera movement is fine, but not shield.

Before anyone asking, I do have the "Free Look" option on

@lilacLunatic is the issue here that mouse movement is being disabled with shield but should ideally be usable to adjust Link's angle?
