Remove the requirement to use Notion and the Exchange Rate API

The current version of the project forces the user to use Notion as their data source for their pricing information... What if the user doesn't use Notion?

Lets add in the ability to set the user's pricing information via the CLI, and make the integrations optional via /settings.

Adding the pricing information could be done via: /pricing inside of the tool.
