* Add webcam (wip)

Various updates to @djalova PR code including:

- Fixing footer issues
- Fixing large image dispaly issues
- Reverting back to image and canvas

* Use max webcam resolution

Use the highest resolution available from the webcam

* Fix video resizing

* Use correct jquery call

* Update linter version
