Individual Reflections:

Simon Guo - Project Manager/Scrum master, Chief Back-End Developer

I learned about project management and played around with Javascript. Project management is really hard, you need to assign the right amount of workload to different team member, and communicate with your teammates frequently. For most of the time, my team members finish the task I assigned on time, but sometimes I have to check the quality and change it myself. Over time, we become more and more collaborative and we are able to finish most of the sprints and features.

Andy Craig - Chief Front-End Developer

This project was an eye opener for me since this was the first time I have ever experienced such a strong team development process. I have only had little exposure to front end development when creating my website, but now I feel way more confident in my skills and I am hoping to be able to use them more. I felt like we packed the most work we could into such a time period but I definitely think that we could have done more if we had more time. I experienced new aspects of we development like FontsAwesome and JQuery and have profounded my bases in CSS/HTML.

Douglas Byers - Back-End Developer, User Experience Designer

I learned about Bootstrap and Javascript Functions.

Alexander Hwang - UI/UX Designer, Project Tester

It was an interesting project, as it was rather short. However, it did aid my understanding of the SDLC, by going through it myself. In terms of the group work, I was able to look for some source code to get some inspiration in the beginning, learn the basics of GitHub, and design some logo for the group. Overall, though I didn't contribute greatly to the coding process itself, I was able to get a better grasp of the structure of the code just by looking at it, and trying to understand it.
