Avoid imperative Q-values manipulations outside DRAGR #6

Description

@vivian-salino

In the hope of integrating DRAGR into the official NJOY2016 main branch, a non-regression test has been written (see commit ba8257a).

However, this test has a blind spot: the energy released for each reaction (Q-value). As it stands, they are written as text files and cannot be included in a Draglib without external help (e.g. PyNjoy). As it cannot stand alone, this is not suitable for a non-regression test.

Therefore, it would be desirable that the energy released by reaction (Q-values) be managed internally within DRAGR, and not through an external code.
