Check for unusual high rate of log lines

We could collect "normal" values for loglines from other setups and add them hardcoded to diagnostis. If a setup has significantly more or less lines per hour per object than one that's comparable in size we can call this an anomaly.

When collecting reference values we should look for things like enabled features, Icinga versions and so on.
