Button Group component: Colors Refactoring in Material, Fluent and Bootstrap

Button Group colors have been refactored in order to achieve simplicity and clearness in the different states. Please, use the Handoff file as a reference for each state in the different themes.

Material and Bootstrap

1. All states in Light and Dark mode are now using solid background colors without any overly colors. All states in Light and Dark mode have been refactored, so please use the Handoff file as a reference.
   Fluent
   In Fluent, changes have been made in:

Light Mode

1. Selected Hover
2. Selected Pressed
3. Selected Focused & Hover
4. Selected Focused & Pressed
5. Selected Disabled

Dark Mode

1. All "Selected On" and "Selected Off" states in Dark Mode have been refactored.
