Create A Shift Workflow Integration in Resolve #12

We should include a Shift Workflow integration with the Catalog.
The workflow integrations from Resolve may allow the parent of the Shift window to the Resolve window, plus the better menu options, it would be a more oficial menu, instead of an script in the script folder.
The workflows integrations are done with javascript. However the website says that allows external execution of python.

We need to research how to launch and parent the shift window from a Workflow integration.
