As a user I can I can use the search bar to search for other users so that I can quickly find what I'm looking for

• Acceptance Criteria 1
  • Given that I am any user When typing another username in the search bar Then I am presented all other users matching my input.

Tasks

• Create functionality to search users from the search bar by their full or partial username.
