<h2>Purpose of the display</h2>
<p>This sensory space is a flexible environment filled with tools and toys that offer tactile, visual, and auditory stimulation. It demonstrates how technology and design can be leveraged to support neurodiverse individuals by creating a personalized and soothing sensory experience.</p>
<h2>Detailed description</h2>
<p>The sensory space is a warm and inviting environment filled with a wide variety of sensory tools and decorations. It is centered around an iconic fiber optic light display referred to as the "jellyfish", surrounded by other interactive sensory elements.</p>
<h3>Jellyfish Fiber Optic Array</h3><ul>
<li>At the center of the room is a large, dome-shaped fiber optic display suspended from the ceiling.</li>
<li>Thin, glowing fiber optic strands hang down in a cascading manner, resembling the tentacles of a jellyfish. These strands twinkle and change colors, providing dynamic visual stimulation.</li>
<li>The glowing lights can be gently touched and manipulated, offering tactile engagement alongside the soothing visual display.</li></ul>
<h3>Fidget Toys and Plushies</h3><ul>
<li>Scattered across a large green ottoman at the base of the jellyfish are numerous sensory toys, including fidget spinners, textured stress balls, and colorful pop-it toys.</li>
<li>A collection of stuffed plush animals, including pigs, frogs, and other creatures, is also arranged around the ottoman. These plushies provide comfort and soft tactile experiences.</li>
<li>Bright, tactile rings and spiky balls are included for users who benefit from engaging their hands in repetitive or stimulating actions.</li></ul>
<h3>Weighted Blankets and Bean Bags</h3><ul>
<li>To the side of the main area is a large, green bean bag and a weighted blanket with a green-and-white checkered pattern. These tools offer calming deep-pressure stimulation, helping to reduce anxiety or provide grounding for users.</li></ul>
<h3>Themed Decorations</h3><ul>
<li>A section of the room includes a display with themed plush toys inspired by the game Minecraft, including a TNT block, a Creeper, and a plush Ender Dragon. These are arranged on cubical boxes designed to resemble blocks from the game.</li>
<li>Colorful stepping stones in triangular shapes are placed on the floor nearby, providing a way to engage in gross motor activities or tactile play.</li></ul>
<h3>Lighting and Bubble Tubes</h3><ul>
<li>The room includes bubble tubes that cycle through various colors and create soft bubbling sounds, offering both auditory and visual stimulation.</li>
