Retina 200%

When running the ribbon application on a high DPI 200% I get the following result:

The task menu is behind. How can I fix this?

Now that I'm back to developing Substance and Flamingo again, take a look at kirill-grouchnikov/flamingo#2

The latest dev bits of Substance, Flamingo and Substance Flamingo plugin should take care of most of the high-DPI related issues, and the rest will be handled this week.
