Add vibe table to website

Basic vibe table pictures and specs.
List of things:

• make/model
• 1D vertical motion
• vibe modes supported (random, sine sweep)
• level ranges
• GEVS specs (including link to goddard doc)
• jig options (3U all orientations)
• can do GEVS for 6U up to XX mass, acceleration limits decrease at higher masses
