Pass file at command line

Looks like there is no way to pass the file to the application.

I tried `mdfx file.md` - it just opens the GUI, it does not open the `file.md` file.

Also, executable file name - `Markdown Writer FX 1.0` - is a terrible idea, but I can live with that. :)
