Create documentation

Documentation should be created using docfx or imilar (GitHub pages? Wiki?) containing:

• API reference
• Quickstart
• Creating a parser
  at minimum.

This is potentially not needed while the project is small as the readme covers a lot of it, however if it gets more complex it would be very useful to have.
