Search on all contents

Hi @kcpt-steven-kohlmeyer,
do you know how to make a search with no term specifically?
For example, "/wp-json/wp/v2/search/apples" makes search in all content types with "apples" term but I want to retrieve all contents.

For information, I use ACF to REST API plugin (https://github.com/airesvsg/acf-to-rest-api).
