LoadLayoutOptions.lefdef_config.map_file fails when path contains '+' character

It looks like '+' is being used for a special purpose internally which conflicts when the path contains a '+' character.

I'm attaching an LLM generated reproducer (but I did read and run it myself). This is an easy issue to work around but I thought I'd report it for completeness anyway. I ran into this because bazel will generate paths with a '+' in them.

"+" is used to concatenate multiple files. It's a build-in feature. I think the option was introduced as a compatibility feature to some other tool.

There is a weird workaround in case you're desperate:

    os.environ["__TMP_FILENAME"] = "/tmp/test+plus/test.map"
    opts.lefdef_config.map_file = '$(env("__TMP_FILENAME"))'

I can make things more consistent and provide a plural form "map_files" that takes an array without splitting at the "+".

BTW: "," is also recognized as a separator.
