Visual Map shows white in Sol

Only seems to affect visual maps in RSS-Sol

How to reproduce:

1. Get RSS-Sol
2. Scan a planet with a visual scanner
3. Open zoom/big map
4. Set the type to visual

Seconded. Have scans of Earth, Venus and Deimos in Sol 0.7. On first startup, from the Space Centre, all 3 visual maps load correctly.

After rendering any planet, however (in flight mode or tracking station), the visual textures of Earth and Deimos turn white. This persists through everything short of a full restart (even exiting to main menu does not refresh this). ScanSat does not need to be opened / displaying during this time - simply loading tracking station then immediately exiting back to the Space Centre will cause all textures to turn white.

Venus is unaffected as this doesn't use Parallax Scaled, so looks like this issue follows #433.
