Unable to use this with waveshare USB-CAN

I am using mac M1 and waveshare USB-CAN. can device is being detected and I can send the command without any error, however, there is no response from the motor.

I tested the motor using ESP32 and it runs fine. I want it to work with my mac. Can you help?
