Proposal: Use SCAD Function names where possible instead of generic names for CSG nodes

Rationale

Trying to match where a CSG node came from can be difficult since they have extremely generic names.

Required OpenSCAD Feature

In order for this to work, OpenSCAD must provide additional information in CSG output files.

Agree completely. I just wanted to create the issue here first as a concrete reason why OpenSCAD should consider my feature request.
