Prepare 10.7.0.0-b.0 (#383)

* Update upstream khiops-core version to the current 10.7.0 beta
  Also update the Docker image tag (already created).

* Update samples revision to 11.0.0 to include the text samples

* Bump upstream khiops-core Conda dependency version to 10.7.0b.0 (current beta)
