Auto Reject with response.

I'm getting pretty frustrated by kilocode/AI, that wants to change away from ask mode and not answer questions. It would be very nice to have an auto reject feature, where it rejects the mode change and writes to the AI "ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!!".

I already disabled mode change, ai keep wanting to change mode, i have to respond by rejecting mode change, and telling it "answer the questions", then it will answer the questions, which is very frustrating.
I want kilocode to respond for me by rejecting mode change and saying to the ai "answer the questions".
I have tried to instruct the AI via AGENTS.md to never do mode change in ask mode, it doesn't matter, it doesn't care.
