Bug: TK Flowchart Command Not Accurate

Description

The TK flowchart command only shows the 24-25 catalogue year CS flowchart.

Suggestion

Add the ability to request different catalogue year flow charts.

Examples

• /flowchart “Computer Science” “24-25”
• /flowcharr “Computer Science” “25-26”

Implementation

1. Add more catalogue year flowcharts to blade.
2. Add the supporting constants to the TK constants file.
3. Refactor the flowchart command to support aforementioned flowcharts.
