I am currently trying to use AF3X with CLMS-derived crosslinking information for a complex prediction. My crosslinks were generated using EDC, which is not the crosslinkers listed table in the af3x documentation. Since EDC is not included in the supported crosslinker list, I would like to ask how best to incorporate these CLMS restraints into af3x.
Like is there a recommended way to represent EDC-derived restraints?
Or if custom distance restraints are supported, what kind of input format should be used, and what residue level distance would you recommend for EDC crosslinks?
