Avoid triggering "Comment matched to pattern" on pull_request.closed event.

When I m closing a PR without merging it.
And I already have an issue comment on that PR (from the past), that matches a "Comment matched to pattern" configuration.
The build is being triggered, although, I do not have a "Pull Request Closed" trigger registered.
