SCDR_Bioinformatics_Practical

This is the Github containing all the necessary information for the Bioinformatics Practical of the SCDR course. You will find here:

  1. The syllabus + coding cheat sheet
  2. The bioinformatics lecture slides
  3. The datasets and notebooks for each practical session, labeled accordingly.

To use a notebook, click on the SessionN.ipynb file, then use the 'Open in Colab' button at the top, then use File -> Save a copy in Drive to create your own copy where the changes will be saved.
