Change Lazy Pub(s) to use the "First to <Score>" Max Round Format #33

Currently, the Lazy Pub(s) use a certain number of max rounds to determine how many rounds there will be for a set map. I noticed however that our Player Destruction maps (Such as pd_watergate) use a "First team to win this many rounds wins the game, and the map ends" type way of doing it. I have a screenshot as an example;

Other maps that aren't Player Destruction don't seem to use that method, but I feel like it would be better if they did. Here's what it looks like normally;

Basically in the first image, the greyed our circles would "fill" every time a win was scored by either team, and in the current Player Destruction example, the map would end once a team won 3 times. I feel like this method of scoring is better, and if possible I would like to see it applied to all maps, as it's a great way to keep track of how many rounds are left until the map is over.

I do suggest that all maps on the Lazy Pub(s) are "First to win twice" though. Currenly on Player Destruction, you can see that the screenshots shows that you must win 3 times for the map to end. That means there would be a hypothetical of 5 rounds per map, which is too much for some gamemodes. I think a hypothetical of 3 rounds, with the amount of wins required being 2 would be nice.

Hopefully this makes sense, so feel free to reply if there's any confusion! Thanks!
