Can't interact with Export cables

hey, I can't right click on the export cables to set what items I want coming out of the network but I can right click on the import cables to make them send items back into the system. i can't seem to find anyone else with this issue so I want to know if maybe I'm just doing something wrong? i've been using this mod in the LunaCraft betterMC pack and it hasn't worked in server or in singleplayer.

I'm using version 1.20.2-1.12.2.jar
