I cannot repro this issue, as I cannot get Cosmic Veil to launch on Forge+Connector even without Changed. I either need you to test with the latest commit or comment the bare minimum reproduce-able mod list including versions.

cosmic veil requires fusion connected ttextures and geckolib in it's dependencies for it to launch (the forge versions of both work fine alongside it and connector), I forgot to count dependencies when I doing tests, sorry, I'm just looking for bugs in my free time, let me add dependencies on my other reports relating to similar issues
