Logging doesn't work

With verbose=True, I erroneously get 0.000000 and empty logs, despite getting a convergence.

Problem after rescaling (Ruiz iterations = 10, l2_norm_rescaling = False):
There are 9420 variables, 12874 constraints (including 3140 equalities) and 37648 nonzero coefficients.
