iOS Version 4.1.7 requires bluetooth access

When downloading and opening the App version 4.1.7 from testflight, one is asked to allow for bluetooth, i.e. before login.

At this stage it is to early to ask this for this permission.

Acceptance criteria:

• Tested, whether this wrong behaviour also occurs on Android.
• Wrong behaviour is fixed, the permission screen is only valid if the study needs access via bluetooth (e.g. for the Polar Verity Sense Connection)
