Clean up accidentally committed temporary files

- Remove large codecov binary (50MB)
- Remove temporary LCOV files (lcov_targeted.info, lcov.info)
- Remove test log files that should be local only
- Remove backup files that should be local only

Coverage data was successfully uploaded to CodeCov and remains available online.
This cleanup maintains repository hygiene while preserving coverage functionality.
