Shared Folder fom Sharepoint Onedrive Business Third Party - question

Dear,

Do you know how can I access with a tool/automate/integrate, or any other means other than acessing a shared folder from a sharepoint onedrive business with me?

Don´t know if this tool is capable of.

In short, I received an link to a onedrive folder from a company, where I used to trade files. However I only manage to deal with it on a browser. I access the link, i get a button to send me a verification code, and I get this verification code at my e-mail everytime I need to access.

Aside from the steps to get auth, I would like to have a tool where I could download and upload files with an Automated way.
SPO cmdlets wont allow as Im not adminsitrator.
PnP cmdlets i could Connect-PnPonline however all commands respose are 403.

Do you have any clue?
