Option to cover/poster thumnail only

It seem from 2.10 to 2.20, it's forced to display server covers when doing thumnails instead of just cover/poster photo, and I can't find option to use poster/cover photo find in mkv file to display it only.

I don't understand:

• Are you talking about the file thumbnails in Finder windows, or about QuickLook previews, or something else?
• what are "server covers"?

This app uses cover art for thumbnails in Finder windows if the video file contains cover art. You can use the File → Cover Art menu item to add, replace or remove cover art from .mkv, .webm, .mp4, and unencrypted .m4v files.
For video files that don't contain cover art this app uses a snapshot taken at the time specified by the Snapshot setting for the thumbnail in Finder windows.

@Marginal : yes, i have mkv file with attachment named Poster.jpg and I meant QuickLook, 2.10 will only show Poster.jpg when in QuickLook, 2.20 will show Poster.jpg and then some thumbnails I guess.
