Percentage of Video Duration to Select Thumbnail Timestamp #148

Would it be possible add an enhancement to get a timestamp option where it uses a percentage of the duration of the video to generate the thumbnail (ex. 25% of the video, grab the thumbnail)? This is how Icaros works in Windows.
