HF data vs data here vs data in paper?

Hi,

Thanks very much for the benchmark release!

Was wondering about the different versions of the (secondary structure) data - what is the relationship between the HF data and the data linked here? (They seem to be differently structured). How do I get from either one to a table with the number of profiles shown in Table A10 of the biorxiv paper?

Hi Alex. My apologies for the significant delay in getting back to you on this issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We are excited to have you trying out our work and providing great feedback.

We agree that the Huggingface, HMS hosted data files, and READMEs for the secondary structure section are currently a bit confusing and need to be reorganized and simplified. Our main secondary structure point of contact is temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen personal circumstances, hence the delay. We hope to have a resolution for this issue in the next few weeks.

As for your other questions, we are working to resolve them by end of next week. Have a great weekend :)
