Dataset does not load if s3 prefix starts with a digit

Context:
I am publishing OpenLineage events from AWS EMR spark application to Marquez.

Problem:
If a dataset s3 prefix path starts with a digit, the dataset fails to load in Marquez.

hi everyone, i see that @chinmaymore already linked pull request #3109 to fix this s3 prefix issue. i am a data engineer tracking marquez issues to help out. i will take a look at the open pr to see if i can help review the fix, test the edge case locally, or verify that the regex/validation adjustments handle the leading digits correctly!
