[Feature request] A new cinematic perspective moving scene mode, similar to the ServerTours plugin

Hello author, could you add a new scene mode for the plugin? Allowing the player to move like a cinematic lens (in spectator mode) is similar to this plugin.
At present, as long as the ST plugin only has a "static" scene mode, it would be better if the other could be integrated.
