Suggestion: Document use from within Ruby code

Nice gem!

It would be nice to have a section in the readme demonstrating how to use it from within Ruby code - assuming it is user-friendly.

I am sure I can figure it out myself by reviewing the code, but it would be nice to have a snippet on the readme, ready for copy-pasting.

In it's current state, it's not really designed to be used from within ruby code. The API is built to be used at the terminal with data coming in through stdin. The main barrier is the fact that the gem hijacks stdout and changes the terminal settings to make rendering smooth, which wouldn't pair well with the calling code.

But it could be made possible by separating the stdout hijacking and providing a separate clean way for ruby code to call and provide input. I'll leave this issue open as a possble addition, and would recommend anyone else reading this to give it a +1 if they would like to use it in ruby code.

But for now, the focus is on streaming data from stdin.
