Misleading error when PU file contains empty values #16

I came across this today when a student failed to get Marxan run. The filenames seem to be messed up in the errors returned by Marxan. This is running Marxan 4.06.
The actual error was that the planning unit file with the name "pu.dat" contained empty values in the "cost" column.
The error that Marxan reported (before ending with a Segmentation Fault) was that the "Planning Unit file" with the name "spec.dat" had erroneous values. The student had inspected spec.dat, which was flawless. We only found the error because we noticed that "planning unit" file was mentioned in the error message, but the error was in "pu.dat", not "spec.dat"
