README omits relation btw executable and data #2

Great to see this software available. Many thanks for all your work, Marxan team.
Marxan compiles and runs fine for me on MacOS 10.13.6 using the compilation instructions provided.
It might be useful to state in the README.md that the marxan executable needs to be in the same directory as the data to run. This wasn't obvious to me as the test data was shared by your team independently and I couldn't find usage anywhere.
