Empty residue when creating project from existing

When user creates a project from an existing project, an empty folder called proj appears in the project dir. Experienced when Use current QGIS project as is was chosen but might be also case for Package current QGIS project.

Probably created when packaging datum grads. We should remove it if empty, or not to create when there are no datum shift grids IMO.

I think double check this behaviour also with other random folders - subfolders. Also double check if it's synced in server - probably not.

the proj dir is only on the local machine, empty folders are not synced I believe
