NLSY: Broken Metadata

There are a lot of things broken about the metadata dataframe that is stored in the HDF5 file. 

These columns are strings, but should be numeric: 'var_no', 'col_no', 'labels_id', 'is_categorical'

Question PSTRAN_DISP_UPD  is listed as not categorical by has a label id
