Update/Rewrite Mod Documentation

[Mid-The-Modder]

A reorganization of the information in the mod's description.

• Work on a manual that takes a lot of tip prompt information and new general information for using Midbox. Link sources to places where you can learn more individual stuff about the program. Replaces the "Instructions" area of the description.
• An area that links to the BeepBox communities. Replaces the old twitter bot mentions.
• A Q&A page that answers various questions about what data the program uses, ownership of songs made in it, basic usage instructions such as how to share songs, reasons the program may not be functioning correctly such as an unsupported browser, where to properly contact me as creator of the mod, an overview of important things Midbox adds and other miscellaneous information to help users from other BeepMods or music programs ease in. Idea from Q&A pages from other recent BeepMods.
• Update the changelog one last time, with properly organized information on what has been added.
• CSS reformatting of everything outside of the editor.
• General rewrite of the description, by the end of this the description viewed under the editor should only have basic information on what Midbox is and dedicated areas for each of the aforementioned pages where you can get more specific information and instructions.
