Unable to update IP claim

Hi all!
After I saw new merge accept. I deployed this version!
But When I set External IPs for Service, external-ip-controller can't update that IP. It has an error in schedule pod

E1018 15:09:35.967375      71 scheduler.go:388] Unable to update IP claim 'x-x-x-x-24'. Details: the server reported a conflict (put ipclaims.ipcontroller.ext x-x-x-x-24)

Note: I changed value my IP to x-x-x-x

I'm using Kubernetes version 1.8.1 and calico network plugin.

@greatbn Wasnt able to reproduce this problem on 1.7.3. Will try on 1.8 a bit later
