Notes are the most complex feature implemented on the website, but being one of the core features I think it's important to eventually support them on mobile. Neither the app or mobile site supports them yet. Notes would become a main tab next to comments and the history tab would get relocated somewhere in profile.
I don't think there is a RN library that has something similar to what we want so we are on our own in terms of implementing the note components.
