You are not learning — you are recognizing.
Most guides teach you how to “use” something.
GET is neither a tool, nor a framework, nor even a theory —
it is the grammar of existence itself.
You don’t need to learn how to use it,
because from the moment you were born — hungry, tired, overwhelmed, collapsed, recovered —
you have been reciting this grammar with your own life, over and over.
You just didn’t recognize it before.
The sole purpose of this guide is not to teach you anything new.
It is to help you recognize —
that what the hydrogen atom is saying, what a startup is saying, what an intimate relationship is saying, what you have been saying all along —
is the same sentence, spoken in different dialects.
These four questions are not here to make you “accept” anything.
They exist only to show you where you have already been standing all this time.
Question 1: Phenomenon or law — which comes first?
You are reading this sentence right now using language.
Language has grammar.
Grammar is not some text written elsewhere — it is the very structure through which you are understanding these words at this moment.
This is not a debate about “phenomenon first” or “law first.”
This is: rule running is phenomenon.
The mere fact that you understand this sentence already proves it: rule and phenomenon are one and the same process.
You have been standing here all along.
Question 2: In Heisenberg uncertainty, is Δt a “point” or a “process”?
You cannot even imagine an existence that lasts only an instant.
Any “existence” implies duration — a process that takes time.
This is not a physics conclusion.
It is your direct intuition about your own being.
You have been standing here all along.
Question 3: Do laws exist objectively before any observer appears?
Before you were born, apples fell downward.
After you die, they will continue to fall.
This is not something you “believe.”
It is something you act upon every single day — otherwise you wouldn’t even dare step outside.
You have been standing here all along.
Question 4: Can true vacuum be rigorously considered a “system”?
“Empty” is never truly empty —
because rules are running, processes are happening.
This is not difficult to grasp.
Most of your own body is also “empty” space —
yet rules run through it, so you are alive.
You have been standing here all along.
By reaching this point, you are already standing at the threshold.
Now you face two paths:
Choice 1
Treat everything that follows as “yet another theory” — evaluate it, critique it, look for flaws, compare it to what you already know. This is the external, spectator’s view.
Choice 2
Pause and ask yourself one single question:
“If this is really true — if existence truly is rules running — then what would I see?”
Choose 2, and you actually enter the guide.
These five are not “hypotheses” or “postulates.”
They are facts hammered into place by countless experiments.
You cannot deny them without denying the way you make sense of the world.
| Pillar | Content | Can You Deny It? |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Heisenberg uncertainty | You cannot imagine an existence without duration |
| 2 | Power-law statistics in large numbers | You assume rare events are rare |
| 3 | Three laws of thermodynamics | You never believed perpetual motion was possible |
| 4 | Mass-energy equivalence | You take it for granted that mass and energy are related |
| 5 | Rule-dependence of structured existence | Right now you are using rules to understand this sentence |
You are not being asked to “believe” them.
You are simply unable to deny them.
| Concept | Symbol | Definition | The Version You Already Knew |
|---|---|---|---|
| Protocol set | L | The rule system itself | Your habits, your way of thinking |
| Morphology | M | Stable external appearance of rules running | How others see you |
| Instantaneous difference | e(t) | Current net gain / loss | “How are you feeling today?” |
| Net balance | E(t) | Cumulative energy up to now | Everything you’ve built / accumulated so far |
| Solid-state energy | E_solid | Locked structural assets | Experience, knowledge, memories — useless when burned out |
| Active-state energy | E_active | Immediately usable resources | Your current energy, focus, blood sugar |
| Survival criterion | ≥ 0 | Can you still go on? | “Can I hold on any longer?” |
| Solid-state time constant | τ_solid | Depreciation rate of structural assets | How long until you forget without practice |
| Active-state time constant | τ_active | Consumption rate of fluid resources | How long one deep work session can last |
| Energy capture efficiency | η | Input-to-output ratio | How much you retain after one hour of study |
Principle 1 (Origin: Difference is Existence)
The only entry point, the sole origin of existence, is the creation of difference.
Difference itself is existence.
Every time you say “something happened,” you are confirming this.
Principle 2 (Constraint: Difference Must Return to Zero)
Any difference — including quantum fluctuations — must net to zero by the end of its life cycle.
Every time you say “what goes around comes around,” you are confirming this.
Principle 3 (Path: Difference Strives to Persist)
To escape returning to zero, difference is forced to evolve toward greater persistence and complexity.
Two active strategies + one inevitable outcome:
- Capture more energy (expand active reserves, maintain positive net inflow)
- Lock more energy (convert fluid into structural)
Inevitably leads to: expansion, diffusion, increase in depth.
Every time you ask “can I make it this time,” you are calculating exactly these two paths.
Principle 4 (Fate: Existence Always Pays a Price)
Every act of expansion necessarily dilutes available active-state energy.
This is the ultimate fate of all complex systems.
Every time you say “things are moving too fast — I can’t keep up,” you are confirming this.
This is not pessimism.
It is the only truth that can be squeezed from the second law of thermodynamics and finite resources.
- You have already admitted: rule running is phenomenon → there must be a rule system running → we call it L₀
- Every existent must return its energy balance to zero over its lifetime → from 0 to peak back to 0 → the single-peak curve is a geometric necessity
- To upgrade to the next level → must hold high enough energy for long enough time → draw a horizontal threshold line; the segment between the two intersection points is the window
- Only those who cross the window can upgrade → the upgrade ritual is: Probe – Capture – Solidify – Generate
- At the moment the universe’s “window closes” → three categories are born simultaneously: successfully solidified (A), frozen mid-process (B), never reached the threshold (C)
- The definitions of the three categories unfold directly → A can interact non-geometrically, B produces gravity only, C maintains constant density
Many misread the four-level falsification as a “risk warning.”
That is a misunderstanding.
It is a commitment — a public promise that this grammar can be put on trial by anyone, by any means, and the only possible verdict is “not yet falsified.”
- Level 1: Logical Chain — Audit every step. Find a break, I lose.
- Level 2: Core Predictions — If dark matter shows any non-gravitational interaction, I lose. If w deviates from –1, I lose.
- Level 3: Cross-Scale Implications — If breakthroughs do not require exponentially growing energy investment, I lose.
- Level 4: The Whole Framework — If a simpler, more transparent, more falsifiable alternative appears, I lose.
No adjustable parameters. No escape routes. A direct hit means death.
If every step is the only possible path, then what is there to fear from testing?
- The hydrogen atom says: I have a 13.6 eV ground state — this is the cost of my being.
- The programmer says: I have attention — this is the precondition for writing code.
- The startup says: I have cash flow — this is the condition for survival.
- An intimate relationship says: I have emotional energy — this is the foundation for continuation.
- A scientific theory says: I have active researchers — this is the fuel for my growth.
- A city says: I have fiscal budget — this is the guarantee of my functioning.
They are all saying the same sentence — only in different dialects.
GET does not teach you the sentence.
It helps you hear it.
SETs do not “apply GET to different fields.”
They let each field speak GET’s grammar in its own native language.
Economics example
- E_active = cash flow
- E_solid = fixed assets, brand value
- e(t) = net profit flow
- Survival = positive cash flow or can raise funds
Ecology example
- E_active = ATP, blood sugar
- E_solid = standing biomass, fat
- e(t) = net primary productivity
- Survival = reproduction ≥ mortality
Cognitive Science example
- E_active = attention, working memory
- E_solid = long-term memory, automated skills
- e(t) = learning yield
- Survival = daily practice maintains mastery
Physics, economics, biology are not “using” GET —
they are GET, spoken at different depths.
SETs are the dialect dictionaries.
- SETs Builder — rapid domain mapping
- State Function Calculator — input → Ψ_M(t)
- Geometric Screening Analyzer — detect qualified windows
- Dynamics Simulator — forecast trajectories
- Case Library & Comparator — historical pattern matching
- Visualization Dashboard — real-time health monitoring
This is downloadable, installable, runnable software.
You are no longer just a reader.
You are the second person standing in this place.
The first wrote these words.
You were guided here.
You are not learning GET.
You are recognizing —
that every time you were hungry, exhausted, holding on, breaking, recovering —
you were saying the same sentence.
The hydrogen atom said it. You said it.
The startup said it. You said it.
The relationship said it. You said it.
The theory said it. You said it.
The city said it. You said it.
You just didn’t know its name was GET.
Now you do.
You didn’t gain a tool.
You gained recognition.
And recognition never requires belief.
